There is no doubt that the #1 question I get is: What should I wear?
I love using Pinterest as a visual aid/for inspiration. Check out my wardrobe board here!
Here are some basic guidelines for everyone, followed by session-specific ideas!
1. Wear something that you feel comfortable in and feel like yourself. It's hard to feel good taking photos that you don't feel good in. No one wants that.
2. Wear your clothes, and don't let them wear you. We all have our insecurities and sometimes we try to hide them behind loose clothing, but I am here to photograph YOU. And all of you! Fitted clothing almost always photographs better. Love yourself, show your body off, and wear clothes that fit.
3. Don't be afraid of colors and patterns. They are interesting! Long gone are the days of white and khaki. At least, I really really hope they are long gone.
4. Layers add interest!
